Juvenile attorneys focus there occupation around law that’s deals with youths not old enough to be trialed as adults.


In the majority of the states the age of juveniles not trialed as adults is under the age of 18.


Juvenile law is mainly governed by state law and most states have enforced a juvenile code.

The goal of the juvenile justice system acheives is rehabilitation rather than punishment for there youths.
